DJ Shimza to host show in Tembisa on Christmas day
All proceeds from the show will go towards helping orphaned children in Tembisa
Popular Tembisa-born DJ Shimza will host his 10th annual Shimza One Man Show at Mehlareng Stadium in Tembisa on Christmas Day.
Shimza’s One Man Show features a daytime charity children’s party for oprhans in Tembisa who will receive lunch and school shoes for the upcoming school year.
The main show line-up features industry heavyweights such as Busiswa, Lady Zamar, Shekhinah, Mlindo The Voaclist, AKA, Kwesta, Nasty C, Stilo Magolide, A-Reeece, Cassper Nyovest and Black Motion.
The show will be MC’d and hosted by Somizi and Skhumba Hlophe.
Shimza fostered his relationship with Red Bull Music through the Red Bull Kas’Lam Music Festival in Tembisa in 2014. The festival incorporated music, dance, art, fashion and culture and Shimza had the pleasure of being one of the headliners in his hometown.
All proceeds from the show will go towards helping orphaned children in Tembisa.
The main show is not open to persons under the age of 18 and there will be no pass outs at the gate.
