Karen Zoid to Rock on the Lawns with The Cure

Karen Zoid is in the lineup for the upcoming Rock on the Lawns featuring The Cure at Carnival City on March 16.
Zoid is known to set any stage alight with her energetic guitar solos, emotionally charged lyrics and witty sense of humour. Her music has, without a doubt, shaped local culture and she has dominated the airwaves over a decade.
Michelle Smith, marketing manager at Carnival City, says it is a coup to host The Cure and some of South Africa’s top artists during Rock on the Lawns. Rock on the Lawns, organised by AMP Events, will be the first-ever performance in South Africa by The Cure.
Other top local bands collaborating for Rock on the Lawns include Fokofpolisiekar, Zebra & Giraffe, Ard Matthews and band, Opposite The Other, Southern Wild, Hellcats, Dimond Thug and The Robfather (DJ).
