New single for house music fanatics

Suffocate also said that he also played his sound at Ma Africa, Keybee Club and has it booked in Limpopo.

House musician and entrepreneur Suffocate will release an album and clothing range following the release of his new single titled Party Time.

The 21-year-old upcoming house artist from Ivory Park hopes to touch lives and tell stories through his music.

Suffocate, whose real name is Mahlatse Moswede, was inspired by house music veterans such as Da Capo.

Suffocate said people should expect his upcoming album soon, named after his hometown, with abbreviations I.V.P.

“I will be releasing my album soon I.V.P. and I will also be releasing my other single before the third week of August,” said Suffocate.

“I am a musician. I love going places and making new friends with fellow musicians. Music for me is to tell my story, and also to bring a change to our community. All I can say I do it for love. To give my music life I have to draw inspiration from places I go to,” continues Suffocate.

Suffocate plays his sound at Ma Africa, Keybee Club, and has it booked for Limpopo.

“I worked closed with Lola, also with T-bass, among many amazing artists. I spent most of my time doing production and learning more about music. I started music when I was young. In 2017, I got a record company in Pretoria, Pave Studios. In 2018 I attended music classes at Ntinga Music School,” said Suffocate.

“I want to see myself as a big brand in SA. I want to collaborate with international musicians. I want to see my clothing brand I.V.P compete with bigger brands. For bookings people can contact me at Bookings@PaveStudios.Co.Za,” said Suffocate.
