Legendary DJs bring tour to Tembisa
The duo will share the stage will other Mzansi favourites.
Mzansi’s highly celebrated DJs Vetkuk and Mahoota are finally bringing their Ekurhuleni Summer Explosion to Tembisa on November 30.
The award-winning maestros are set to wow party animals with their all-time hits, such as Via Orlando and Not Yet Uhuru, to mention a few.
The duo will share the stage with other Mzansi favourites next Saturday at the Sedibeng Sports Ground.
Speaking to this paper about this gig, local music promoter Mzi Ngobese described the line-up as simply awesome.
“This is certainly going to be a picnic to remember. Where else have you seen two of the most dominating DJs playing on the same stage with the highly gifted Maluzm On Decks and DJ Shimza?
“But of all the big guns coming to play, I am sure everyone will be there for a piece of Amapiano, and who better to dish it out than Kabza De Small. So this is why I am saying this picnic is going to be lit,” said Ngobese.
He said tickets are sold at Computicket outlets.
Also billed to dazzle the crowd is the ever-energetic and entertaining DJ Maphorisa, who will play alongside some insanely wicked DJs, such as Thabi Thabs, Sammy T, Milano, and many more.
DJs Vetkuk and Mahoota have been hosting this annual event for years now around the country, and last year started focusing on Ekurhuleni townships, with KwaThema hosting the first leg of last year.
