The Sunflower Fund is a donor recruitment centre and stem cell registry, helping patients with blood disorders like leukaemia in need of a life-saving blood stem cell transplant find their matching donor.
Funds raised during this event will help cover the cost of the DNA test involved in recruiting stem cell donors as well as to grow the patient support fund, which assists patients who cannot afford the cost of a stem cell transplant.
