Couple’s 62 years together

They have five children, 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Jurie and Letitia Nieuwoudt have been married for 62 years and believe the reason they lasted this long is because their marriage is based on love and cooperation.

Jurie and Letitia, or Oupa and Ouma as they are known, have been living in Krugersdorp for 17 years.

They have five children, 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Oupa was a station master for Spoornet and Ouma used to deliver books while living in Mayfair where they raised their children.

Oupa is also known for being a pigeon racer while Ouma loves baking cake for her grandchildren.

Allen and Tanya Coetzee contacted the News to wish Ouma and Oupa the best for many more years to come with loads of blessings, love, happiness and abundance in full.

The News wishes Ouma and Oupa a happy anniversary. Congratulations!
