Man dies after being shot in the stomach
At approximately 5.30am ER24 paramedics attended the scene where they found the man lying on a gravel road.
On the morning of Saturday, 31 March, a man believed to be in his 50s was found with a fatal gunshot wound in Luipaardsvlei.
According to Werner Vermaak, ER24 spokesperson, at approximately 5.30am, ER24 paramedics attended the scene where they found the man, who had sustained a gunshot wound to his abdomen, lying on a gravel road.

Unfortunately there was nothing the paramedics could do for him and he was declared dead on scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet known. However, the police attended the scene and will conduct an investigation.
