Girls and Boys Town celebrates 60 years

GBT celebrated their milestones.

Girls and Boys Town (GBT) in Magaliesburg celebrated 60 years of existence with a joyous fun day on Saturday, 21 April.

Pearl Msweli, regional marketing manager at GBT said everyone really had a great time with a live performance by Vincent Bones and an awesome story-reading, plus an anti-poaching dogs demonstration by Pit-Track. The attendees were also taught about environmental awareness.

But they didn’t forget why they were there: the iconic historic tours that told the story about the milestones of GBT.

There were also fun giveaways, a gumboot dance, and a photo booth for those who wanted to remember the special day.
