EFF will soon ‘have fellowship’ with Doom pastor – Ndlozi
The EFF says spraying Doom in people's faces is the abuse of black people. Is another church also about to be burned down?
National spokesperson of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has indicated that the party will soon have “fellowship” with the so-called Doom pastor on Monday morning.
It was actually an ominous warning from the EFF that they are not impressed with the pastor and how he treats the faithful.
This after pictures of a Limpopo pastor spraying the well-known insect killer Doom on to the faces of some of his congregants – which he apparently claims is a panacea to heal ulcers and other ailments – circulated on social media.
“The Prophet called sick people to come forward. [Mrs Mitala] went to the forth and told the Prophet that she suffers from ulcer. The Prophet sprayed doom on her and she received her healing and deliverance [sic],” one of the posts read.
Ndlozi asked if Prophet Lethebo Rabalago remembered what had happened to the snake pastor. The EFF and the community of Soshanguve, north of Pretoria, burned down the End Times Disciples Ministries, a church whose pastor, Penuel Mnguni, made his congregants eat snakes and rodents.

Ndlozi says the EFF might have to go and have fellowship with the prophet “in accordance with John 2v15”, which states in the Bible that “do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”
Soon, we might have to go & fellowship with the #DoomPastor in accordance with John 2v15. We won't stand the abuse of black people anywhere!

The CRL Rights Commission has investigated a number of religious leaders, summoning among others the ZCC’s Barnabas Lekganyane.

The commission, an independent chapter 9 institution established in terms of the constitution, sought to investigate the commercialisation of religion. Some religious leaders condemned it, with a few refusing to hand in their churches’ financial statements for scrutinisation.
However, the commission’s chairperson, Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva said: “We are not targeting anyone. The Gauteng hearings have been a good example. We have had the Dutch Reformed Church, Catholic, Methodist and charismatic. We are looking into religion as a whole.”
