TZANEEN: Woman critical after accident
A 39 year old woman is in a critical condition after she was flung from her vehicle when it overturned on the R71 near Tarentaalrand.
‘Shortly after 14:00 paramedics from ER24 and other emergency services arrived on the scene. The woman was found lying down a small embankment several meters away from her vehicle. She sustained severe injuries to one of her legs,’ ER24 said in a statement.
She was stabilised by Paramedics on the scene and rushed to Mediclinic Tzaneen.
Doctors assisted with further stabilisation.
The women was later transferred to Mediclinic Limpopo.
The exact cause for the incident is not yet known.
