WARNING: Zombie drug ‘Flakka’ hits SA

Flakka, sometimes known as gravel, is closely related to bath salts, a synthetic cathinone, which comes as a foul-smelling white or pink crystal that you can snort, eat, inject or even vape.

A day out drinking with friends turned into a nightmare for a Westcliff man after their drinks were allegedly laced with a new synthetic street drug called ‘Flakka’ at a bar in Pinetown on October 28, reports the Chatsworth Rising Sun
