Persistence pays off for Raolane

Perseverance and patience ultimately paid off for a self-employed man when a brand new Polo Vivo was handed over to him.

Perseverance and patience ultimately paid off for a self-employed man when a brand new Polo Vivo was handed over to him by cellular phone network, MTN, Blue Label and Engen officials at Engen Garage, Danie Joubert Street, Tzaneen on Friday.

Mohale Michael Raolane (41) from GaMaphalle Village in Bolobedu won the car after entering the Blue Label/MTN Data Campaign competition more than 100 times.

“I have been buying MTN data bundles to enter the competition for months, sometimes winning as little as R5 and it was only in September when luck came my way,” said a visibly elated Raolane.

He encouraged others who are entering the competition not to lose hope. Lungile Jama, MTN Marketing Manager for Limpopo and Mpumalanga, congratulated Raolane and advised him not to drink and drive.
