Stress release at the Tzaneen Chamber of Commerce luncheon

Physical therapist, Ursula Booth from the United States taught the Tzaneen Chamber of Commerce members how to reduce stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.

She did this during the chamber’s recent monthly luncheon at the Tzaneen Country Lodge. Booth spoke on the importance of an active lifestyle when in the midst of a health crisis. “It is important for all of us to continue to live our lives and not to allow fear to stop us from enjoying what life has to offer. “Covid-19 came with a lot of stress, fatigue and depression and it shows in everything we do. “Let us find ways to help us cope with the pressures of the pandemic and also allow our businesses to flourish,” she said.
