Tšeana High School alumni encouraged to attend 50th reunion

The event is free of charge and will take place at Refilwe Community Hall at Mamaila Mpotwane along the R81 road to Giyani.

Residents who attended Tšeana High School between 1972 and 1976 are invited to a reunion.

The event will include former school governing body members and teachers who were part of the school at the time.

According to Matome Mabale, one of the organisers, the aim is to reunite and start a foundation.

“We want to see how we as former learners of the school can plough back into the school and the community at large. We also want to honour Mohale John Malatji, the school principal during the four years at the time,” he said.

According to him, Malatji was a loving and giving principal who provided for the poor.

“We want to do the same for the school and the community at large,” explained Mabale.

The event is free of charge and will take place at Refilwe Community Hall at Mamaila Mpotwane along the R81 road to Giyani.
