LIMPOPO – Lowveld Academy (LA) held its annual inter-house athletics for the first time on its own sports field at the end of January.

The use of their sports field allowed the athletes to practice and perform with a home-ground advantage.

The event, organised by Mpho Moretsele, was considered a great success by all involved, and a record number of spectators and athletes attended and participated.

Overall, Acasia House took the trophy for the best spirit and overall performance. Maroko Mantome received the junior Victrix Ludorum, Takanaka Sithole the junior Victor Ludorum, Ntokozo Shilenge the senior Victrix Ludorum and Kgomotso Molefe the Senior Victor Ludorum.
