Police arrest two men linked to a Bolobedu business robbery after stolen equipment is traced to Malamulele.

LIMPOPO – Two men have been arrested in connection with a business robbery that took place in October 2025 in the Bolobedu policing area.
The arrests were made through a joint operation by the Mopani Tracking Team and Bolobedu Detectives.
The robbery involved a trailer fitted with a generator, worth an estimated R270 000, which was taken from a construction site in Jamela village. Five suspects allegedly towed the trailer away using a white Isuzu bakkie.
The equipment was later recovered in the Malamulele policing area, where one suspect had already been arrested.
Limpopo police spokesperson, Colonel Malesela Ledwaba, said that on Tuesday morning (December 9), police followed up on information pointing to the whereabouts of additional suspects believed to be hiding in Malamulele. Officers proceeded to the area and arrested a 37-year-old man at his home, where they also seized an Isuzu bakkie allegedly used during the robbery.
A second 37-year-old suspect was apprehended shortly afterwards at a rental property near the Malamulele CBD.
Both men are expected to appear in the Bolobedu Magistrate’s Court today (December 11), on charges of business robbery.
Police investigations are ongoing.
