Soccer star determined to fulfill his wildest dreams
A 21-year-old soccer star, Tiisetso Lebea of Ga-Ntata village in Bolobedu, Ga-Modjadji is determined to become a professional footballer to make his brother proud.
His brother, Samora Tabane, who was a great midfielder in his days for the now-defunct SAB side Magnum FC, tried his luck with the likes of Supersport United and Mamelodi Sundowns but failed to get a breakthrough due to injuries and lack of financial support.
At the time their parents were unemployed and were not able to help Tabane with transport and accommodation fees during trials.
Now his younger brother, Tiisetso, whom he taught the basics of football from a young age is pursuing the dream.
Since last year he has been playing in the Multichoice Diski Challenge league for Black Leopards in Thohoyandou.

The talented midfielder, who excels in passing and dribbling techniques is doing very well for his new club and is hopeful he will be promoted to the senior team in the near future.
“I was a great fan of my brother in his playing days and I learned a lot from him. He taught me how to read the game and to play when I am under pressure. All my brother ever wanted was to play professional football especially in Europe for his favourite team, Manchester City. He would have achieved it if it were not for injuries and lack of financial support, he was very good,” said Tiisetso with confidence.
His brother Samora, who is now working in Rustenburg as a firefighter, says Tiisetso has a bright future in football.
“I have watched him play football on numerous occasions and I can tell he is really good. Football runs in our family, that’s why I have no doubt he will succeed,” he added.
With the support of his brother and his parents who are now working, Tiisetso should be playing in the Premier Soccer League soon
