Capricorn FM launches Lifestyle and Music Festival
Limpopo’s hottest frequency, Capricorn FM in association with Etv launched the Limpopo Music Festival (LMF) with a refreshed meaning of “Lifestyle and Music Festival” on Wednesday.
Capricorn FM, being the only commercial radio station in Limpopo is at the forefront of entertainment and the biggest stage where local talent and arts around Limpopo are show cased.
The festival will take place on Saturday, April 29 at the Polokwane Cricket Club. Performances will follow throughout the day, from 12:00pm to 6:00am.
The station’s marketing manager, Big Daddy Ramabulana, said this year, the festival is estimated to be attended by more than 10 000 music enthusiasts from all over the country.
“The festival’s attraction includes an arts and craft pop-up market where audience will be able to learn, understand and know about the current fashion trends. Apart from arts and craft, our partners Etv will also shoot one of their day time shows at the venue and revellers will have an opportunity to interact with their favourite TV stars,” said Ramabulana.
Part of the LMF line up will be revealed on Friday, March 17. Capricorn FM listeners will get an opportunity to participate in the line-up by voting for artists they would like to see on stage and the artists with the most votes will form part of the line-up.
