Benny’s new album flies off shelves

A well- known Xitsonga musician, Benny Mayengani, released his album titled ‘Tintoma’ and has sold 8 000 copies within three days.

According to his Manager, King Chauke of Kingcha Media Company, the song ‘Tintoma’ is an emotional song that talks about a man suffering from the world’s perception, deception and judgemental people.

“There are a lot of people who are failing to do what God has created them to do, because they are scared of judgemental people and to be criticised by people, so this song will will encourage someone out there to follow and pursue his or her dreams,” said Chauke.

According to him music brings social cohesion, demonstrates talent and heals the broken hearted and it gets people to celebrate their culture and heritage while others embrace it.

“Benny Mayengani is so talented, there is no wholesale for talent neither is there a price tag for talent. “He is no longer an artist but he is a brand and we will look to add endorsements to his name and to carry on with his charity,” he said.

In this album, Mayengani has collaborated with various artists such as Vuyelwa, Benny’s new album flies off shelves Mthendisi Mazwale and it was produced by both Hlayi Chauke and Revolution.

His album has received more airplay and wherever you go you hear it.
