National Milk Tart Day serves to unify all South Africans through nostalgic memories of baking milk tarts and sharing time with family.

This is according to Michael van Niekerk, founder and Director of Deeghuys, who says the delicious teatime treat is a national treasure and available at most bake sales, home industries, supermarkets or bakeries around the country.

You can win a milk tart with the compliments of Ok Sugarhill Mini Market.

The ingredients for a perfect milk tart are: Cake Wheat Flour, Eggs, Vinegar, Sugar, Oil, Salt and….
