Steyn a young upcoming artist

Alfred Steyn (24) is a Tzaneen artist specialising in mixed digital media portraits incorporated with street elements, raw textures, scriptures and contemporary abstract backgrounds.

This self-taught artist says he is inspired by faces and portraiture.

“I have a vivid imagination and my head is full of colours and shapes.

I like to mix the abstract side with the contemporary side of my art, like controlled chaos.
