Breaking News: Power cut for whole of Middelburg, Mhluzi

It was just learned that the whole of Middelburg and Mhluzi will be without electricity for almost 24 hours.

The Steve Tshwete Municipality has just announced that the whole of Middelburg, including the Middelburg Mall as well as Mhluzi, will be without electricity on Sunday 5 November.

This was announced to the media during a media briefing, currently in session.

The power cut is planned from 04:00 in the morning until 02:00 on Monday morning.

More information will be published in the Friday edition of the Middelburg Observer. On sale on Thursday afternoons.
