Expect heavy delays when travelling on Old Witbank Road towards eMalahleni after a shootout this morning.
11: 25 New information: Update – CIT on Old Witbank Road
Motorists traveling on the Old Witbank Road towards eMahaleni are asked to used alternative routes as both Gordon and Voortrekker Roads are closed to cordon off the crime scene.
This after a cash-in-transit heist which saw security guards injured on the scene. The vehicle belonged to G4S.
At least 15 shots were fired and suspects traveled in a Volskwagen Combi as well as a blue Volkswagen Polo.
