‘Get out, this is our town! We are coming for you!’
Petty criminals scattered as Middelburg SAPS members invaded the Middelburg CBD at the start of the 16-day campaign of activism against abuse towards women and children.
“Get out of Middelburg, this is our town! Get out of Mpumalanga and get out of South Africa! SAPS are coming for you!”
This is the hard-hitting message delivered at various crime hot spots by Middelburg SAPS commander, Brigadier Thandi Jiane at the start of the campaign on Wednesday.
