House robbery in President Park

ON 14 SEPTEMBER a house in Modderfontein Road in President Park was robbed.

Constable Matome Tlamela said, “Suspects stole property to the value of R850 000 including two VW polo vehicles, a microwave, kettle, television, laptop, three cellphones, a playstation, music system, CD player, clothes, shoes and jewellery.”

Tlamela said the complainant was sleeping when she woke up to find three men inside her bedroom. “The suspects told her to keep quiet and asked her if she was alone. She told them she was alone and they tied up her hands and legs and proceeded to steal her property. They loaded everything into the cars and left. No one has been arrested yet and the police are still busy investigating a case of house robbery.”
