Sagewood pupil gets awarded for outstanding achievement
MIDRAND- Sagewood primary school pupil, Thasen Govender received many achievement awards on 3 December.
Govender completed Grade 7 with excellent results and received awards for being Most Outstanding Mathematician, Top Senior Chess Player, Most Outstanding in Afrikaans, Top Achiever in maths and science, and Overall A aggregate.
Govender said he is “very happy with his achievements”.
His parents said they are very proud of him. His mother, Vanesh Govender said, “Well done son with your great achievements. May you be granted strength to achieve many more.”
Thasen Govender’s grandparents and the Percy family said they are very proud of him and wish him the best as he continues with his education.
