Poor service delivery sparks anger
MIDRAND - Sipho Sibanda, a resident of Noordwyk contacted Midrand Reporter to talk about service delivery issues around Midrand.
Sibanda said, “Midrand is so dirty, you can’t drive far without noticing a pile of rubbish. When will we ever not complain of service delivery in Midrand?”
Midrand Reporter took pictures of the spot that Sibanda referred to on Olifantsfontein Road.
Spokesperson of Pikitup, Desiree Ntsingila, was not available for comment.
On Lever Road, towards Blue Valley, Pikitup has put up a sign to discourage people from dumping. This has not worked as they are now dumping right on the spot where the sign is.
