Serve on Midrand SPCA’s board
MIDRAND - THE SPCA is yours, become involved and make a difference.
The SPCA exists because of public concern about the welfare of animals in our community and recognising the need for an organisation to represent these animals.
Local communities serve on the management committee of the SPCA and are responsible for the smooth and legal daily operations of the society, investing their free time, including fundraising.
Members of the SPCA elect a management committee for the society at our annual general public meeting (AGM). These elected members have to comply with certain protocols and must be committed to the prevention of cruelty to animals.
How you can help? Become a member of the Midrand SPCA – it costs a minimal annual amount and you will then have a vote at our AGM.
The Midrand SPCA is currently also looking for members to join our management committee.
