Pay municipal rates elsewhere
MIDRAND - The heavy rains of the past few weeks have caused a headache for the city, and now the Midrand Customer Service Centre has been flooded.
The office will be temporarily closed until further notice and customers are encouraged to use alternative centres.
Alternative Customer Service Centres in Region A are:
- Alexandra Customer Service Centre at the corner of 8th Avenue and Roosevelt Street.
- Ivory Park Customer Service Centre on Makaya Drive in Ivory Park.
- Rabie Ridge Customer Service Centre on the corner of Koraan and Kraai Avenue.
The operating hours for these centres are Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4pm and on the first and last Saturday of every month from 8am to 11am.
Community members are reminded that they can pay their municipal accounts at any Standard Bank, Pick n Pay, post office, Score, Checkers Hyper, Shoprite or Easypay pay points.
