Help find men wanted in connection with a house robbery

MIDRAND - Constable Matome Tlamela of Midrand police said they are looking for three suspects in connection with a house robbery.

“These suspects allegedly followed a domestic worker and children into a property at Boerneef Street in Vorna Valley and conducted a robbery on the property,” she said.

The domestic worker is said to have returning from fetching her employer’s children from school.

The men allegedly pushed the woman to the ground as she was about to open the kitchen door of the house.

“They broke the door as they were trying to gain access into the property,” said Tlamela.

She alleged they took kitchen appliances, jewellery and make-up. “They also drove away with a blue Nissan Almera that belongs to the domestic worker’s employer. The vehicle was not fitted with a tracker and has not yet been recovered.”

Tlamela is appealing to the community to assist them with information that could help them locate the three suspects.
