Wearing PJs to school is fun

MIDRAND - Summerhill Preparatory School’s Grade 7s held one of their more popular fundraisers, Pyjama Day.

Almost every pupil in the preparatory and nursery school took the opportunity to stay warm all day in onesies, cosy pyjamas and fluffy dressing gowns.

Summerhill Nursery School’s Thulaganyo More, Gabriel da Sousa and Lushen Juggernarth decided to use the school’s tractor look for a warmer climate.

Some of the staff decided to join in the fun too, much to the amazement of the pupils.

In addition to a small donation for the ‘right’ to wear pyjamas to school, hot chocolate was sold to teachers and the preparatory school children to make this fundraiser a profitable success.
