Shop owner shot dead, two colleagues injured

IVORY PARK - A shop owner was shot dead and two of his colleagues injured when five men stormed into a shop in Tswelopele and opened fire on 9 July.

 

Warrant Officer Neldah Sekgobela said, “The suspects also robbed the business of an undisclosed amount of cash and cellphone airtime.”

The injured two were taken to hospital for medical treatment. No arrests have been made and police are investigating a business robbery, attempted murder and murder.
