Countryview joins Sector 3 policing area

COUNTRYVIEW - Midrand Sector 3 Crime Forum will be holding a Safety Awareness Campaign at the Countryview Park.

“Countryview, Summit View and Savannah Hills have recently been added to the Sector 3 existing policing area. We, as the Sector 3 Crime Forum, are looking forward to meeting the residents from Countryview and introducing ourselves to them,” said forum secretary, Tanya Nyce.

She said they were encouraging all residents from Countryview to go and say hello to them, find out what sector policing is all about, and find out how, as a resident, they can become involved with the rest of their neighbours in the fight against crime.

“Only by working together, as a community – in conjunction with our partners at the police and the security companies – can we ensure a safe neighbourhood for our children to grow up in,” she said.

The event will be held on 25 July from 11am to 2pm.
