Tuck shop robbery victims shot in legs

IVORY PARK - Ivory Park police are looking for three suspects who shot three people in a tuck shop in Ivory Park Ext 6 during a business robbery on the morning of 27 July.

 

Ivory Park police spokesperson Warrant Officer Neldah Sekgobela said, “It is alleged that the suspects robbed the tuck shop staff of R3 000 and shot at the victims’ legs, injuring them. The suspects then fled the scene before police were contacted by community members.”

The victims have been admitted to hospital. Police are appealing to members of the community to come forward with information that may lead to the arrest of the suspects.
