Gareth Cliff wins case against M-Net
JOBURG - Gareth Cliff has won his case against broadcaster M-Net earlier today at the High Court in Johannesburg.
Gareth Cliff has won his case against broadcasting giant, M-Net.
According to mybroadbrand, the High Court in Johannesburg decided on 29 January that Cliff must be reinstated as a judge on Idols with immediate effect.
According to News24, Judge Caroline Nicholls, said, “This is a contractual dispute. The contractual relationship has to be reinstated to what it was. M-Net will pay costs to Gareth Cliff.”
Auditions for the 2016 Idols TV show will begin at The Playhouse in Durban on 30 January.
