Two people injured in a three-vehicle collision

VORNA VALLEY – Three occupants declined ambulance transportation to the hospital following a collision that injured five people.


According to Netcare 911’s spokesperson Shawn Herbst, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the corner of Le Roux and Albertyn in Vorna Valley Midrand At 4.56pm Tuesday afternoon (6 August).

“Reports from the scene indicate that three vehicles were involved in a collision,” said Herbst.

Herbst said that paramedics assessed the scene and found that two people had sustained minor injuries and another three occupants declined ambulance transportation to the hospital.

Herbst added that once treated the patients were transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
