JMPD spokesperson Senior Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said officers stopped a suspicious grey BMW car at approximately midnight on 14 July. “Officers discovered that four occupants – two men and two women in their mid-30s – were allegedly in possession of alcohol which they were in the process of consuming,” he said.
“All four were also not wearing face masks. They were arrested and charged at Midrand Police Station,” added Minnaar.
