Deppe invites community to egg hunt

VORNA VALLEY – The local community is invited to an Easter egg hunt at Anton Hartmann Park hosted by Ward 132 councillor Annette Deppe.

Ward 132 councillor Annette Deppe would like to invite the local community to an Easter egg hunt on 10 April.

Deppe said the event would take place at Anton Hartmann Park from 8am to 10am and will be limited to the first 100 people. Families can enjoy face painting, a jumping castle and an Easter egg hunt.

She added that she helped organise the event together with a few private security companies and Nermai Foundation. Deppe believed that Easter should be celebrated this year and the community should come together after a long year dealing with Covid-19.

Any residents who would like additional information about the event can contact Deppe on 082 886 8519.
