Actors help kids learn their setwork

The team of Pit Productions visited the Afrikaans first additional language matric class at Christ Church College on 1 June for a dramatisation of their setwork book and a number of poetry pieces.

Actors Zak Hendrikz, Arno Meyer and Lee Visagie brought to life the prescribed setwork, Asem by Jan Vermeulen.

The poetry section of the presentation took various forms including shadow storytelling.

Head of marketing at the school Dawn Schmitz said, “Christ Church Preparatory School and College would like to thank the team from Pit Productions for this very good educational experience.”
