Waterfall Revenue Centre is still closed
MIDRAND – Midrand residents to be aware that the Waterfall Customer Service Centre was to be reopened in about a month's time.
The City of Johannesburg’s Group Finance office would like to make Midrand residents aware that its Waterfall Customer Service Centre would be reopened in about a month.
The City of Johannesburg temporarily closed the centre on August 13 due to network challenges.
Selma Llyod, the assistant media director and channel marketing for customer communications, said, “We estimate the centre to be reopened within a month once connectivity is fully restored. The City had to review the current network protocols to ensure compliance and alignment with our normal internal process and procedures.
“The initial installation of the links were on an interim basis and the City has taken a decision to restore the connectivity at the site through a third-party service provider.”
Customers can visit their Sandton centre at 137 Daisy Street, Sandown until the Waterfall centre was re-opened.
She concluded that customers were encouraged to also make use of email to contact the regional office on regionarevenue@joburg.org.za
Operating hours at the Sandton centre are as follows:
• Monday 9:00 to 15:30
• Tuesday 07:30 to 15:30
• Wednesday 07:30 to 15:30
