Students from local community training provider received their long awaited certificates

The learners worked so hard for their certificates and waited so long for ETDP SETA verification.

President Park-based community training provider Chrismorg Consulting Firm recently hosted a graduation celebration for its students who attained certificates for facilitator and assessor courses.

According to Chrismorg CEO Eli Shadung, these courses which included community health work, counselling, and agriculture among others are provided by his company and Learnership Support Systems (LSS). The LSS is a level two exempted micro-enterprise company offering training and education to people in South Africa.

Chrismorg is an educational, training and development provider in health science, social services and consultation in business, education and placement.

Shadung said, “I am partnering with LSS under Frikkie Tonder to train facilitators, assessors, skills development facilitators, coaches and mentors, moderators, and many more.

“These students worked so hard and waited so long for their certificate while waiting for their Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority verification process. We thank our students for their patience.”

Speaking to the graduates, Tonder said assessments that were given to the students were the first steps of a career path in the field of education. “Imagine what a world without education would be like,” Tonder said.

“Education develops critical thinking, and creativity, and helps you meet job requirements, It stimulates thinking, behaviour, and feelings. It also develops your personality, and interpersonal skills and helps you to understand how the world functions.”

Mmapula Maseko one of the achievers expressed how difficult it had been to graduate. “This has not been easy, the route has been so difficult but now that we have archived these certificates it will simply take us to another level where we will now use these certificates in the industrial world,” Maseko said.
