Local foundation seeks donations to aid disadvantaged
The Foundation is looking for donations or services that will assist the Bethabeleng Children’s Home to be refurbished and restored.
MaZwane Foundation is looking for partners to assist Bathabeleng Children’s Home in Ivory Park which was damaged by a devastating fire on July 3.
The house caters to more than 15 children and people who are from disadvantaged upbringings.
The foundation is a non-profit organisation founded by Imbizo Shisanyama and author Rita Zwane who wrote Conquering The Poverty of The Mind.
The foundation is looking for donations or assistance to refurbish the home. The laundry, pantry and children’s showers need refurbishment, the stove, fridge and washing machine need repairs and items needed include clothes, bedding, towels, shoes, toys, groceries and kitchen utensils.
Donations can be dropped off at all Imbizo Shisanyama outlets including busy corner Imbizo Shisanyama, Imbizo Shisanyama Midrand Mall, and Imbizo Shisanyama Mall of Thembisa.
