Acts House of Education netball players participate in a tournament
The school U11 and 13 netball teams recently competed in a netball tournament and the U11s were placed first.
Acts House of Education, a Glen Austin-based school, offers a wide range of sporting activities, allowing its learners to grow and participate in team sports.
According to the school, through excellence in sporting practice, teaching correct skills and encouraging healthy competition, the sports field becomes a place of fun, achievement and preparation for all areas of life.

The school’s U11 and 13 netball teams recently competed in a netball tournament with the U11s remaining undefeated this year after taking first place in the competition overall.

Despite their best efforts, the U13s were only able to win one of their three games in the tournament.

“A passion for a sport of their [learners] choice encourages physical development, builds confidence and facilitates healthy individual and social engagement,” said the school.
