UPDATE: Dr Enoch Mandla Lamba is no longer a fraud suspect
The police confirmed that a previous warrant for his arrest had been withdrawn.

After flagging tech billionaire Dr Eboch Mandla Lamba as a fraud suspect in December last year, the SAPS indicated that he is no longer a wanted man.
Lamba is a South African tech entrepreneur who was accused of having posted a false advertisement on Facebook. At the time, police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko alleged that the advertisement caused a complainant to deposit R200 000 into his account.
On 18 July, Sibeko informed Midrand Reporter that “the complainant has been refunded, and the warrant has been cancelled; the matter has been withdrawn.” After confirming that SAPS had removed all notices flagging Lamba from the web, Sibeko requested this publication to do the same.
