Nokuphila School principal wants the school to carry their commitment to excellence into 2025
Mabel Sikhakane, Nokuphila School principal, thanked the parents of all the learners for choosing the school for their children's education. As they celebrate the growth of 2024 they can only look up to 2025 and beyond.
“As we conclude this year at Nokuphila School, I am grateful for the resilience and dedication shown by our staff, learners, and community.”
These were the words of the school principal, Mabel Sikhakane. She said despite the challenges, she is pleased to have seen the school grow in leaps and bounds.
“Together, we have overcome challenges and celebrated growth, embracing each opportunity to uplift and inspire one another. As we welcome 2025, let us carry forward our commitment to excellence, guided by faith and a shared vision to empower every learner. May this new year bring renewed hope, purpose, and blessings to all,” said Sikhakane

After launching the first-ever Grade 8 class this year, she said she is looking forward to a school with bigger learners, as they hope to launch a Grade 9 class in 2025.
She also thanked the donors, who ensured the school functions to its optimal ability.
“Many of our donors have been with us since inception and others have joined the journey along the way because they believe in the vision and mission of our organisation. Because of the support we receive, Nokuphila School has grown to 383 learners. In 2025, we will grow to Grade 9 and add another 40 learners. We have graduated over 900 early childhood development practitioners, and we continue to do our work to delivery quality values-based education,” added Sikhakane.
She also thanked the parents and guardians of their beneficiaries for their continued belief in the education that their children are receiving.
“And we thank our staff members for the hard work they have done to ensure that The Love Trust and its community continue to succeed,” Sikhakane concluded. The Love Trust is a non-profit organisation providing Christian Education to the School.
