City’s Sports and Recreation Department partners with Nissan to reward aerobics participants
Local dealer principal Dean Nell is keen to assist the sports department in other areas that they will be visiting within the region.

CMH Nissan Midrand came alive with its first session of aerobics, hosted by the city’s Sports and Recreation Department on February 1.
About 100 participants were taken through their paces, from jumps and splits to high kicks.
After the intense session, there was a draw in which lucky participants won holiday vouchers worth R10 000.
Dealer principal Dean Nell said: “We approached the city’s Sports and Recreation Department and they were keen. We are hoping that they will visit us more often because we do know that they rotate around Region A.”
He said, going forward, they hoped to donate sanitary towels and other items at these aerobics sessions.
Mandla Mahlangu, the deputy director of the department in Region A, thanked Nissan for its valuable support.
“It’s not only living a healthy lifestyle, there are also benefits such as these holiday vouchers from Nissan,” he said. “We are thankful that they saw a need to partner with us and hope that this will ensure that many residents within Region A take these aerobics sessions seriously and come in their numbers.”
