Manholes blocked in Halfway House, dirty water floods the streets

One manhole appears to be fixed while another one continues to flood Richards Drive with dirty water.

The paper encountered two clogged manholes on August 4 on Suttie Avenue, but when it visited the site on August 6, one manhole appeared to have been fixed.

However, the remaining one continues to discharge dirty sewer water onto the busy Richards Drive in Halfway House, Midrand.

Johannesburg Water’s (JW ) communication department was contacted, and their response will be published as soon as it becomes available.
