HerbaLife and Kidi-Sportz to host healthy living workshop
MIDRAND - HerbaLife, a nutrition and weight management company, and Kidi-Sportz, which offers classes to help children's gross motor co-ordination, will host a workshop under the theme, Healthy lifestyle equals happy families.
One of the event organisers, Vivian Scheepers of Kidi-Sportz said, “Our aim is to educate families on the importance of healthy eating options and regular exercise.”
Herbalife and Kidi-Sportz offers workshops throughout an individual’s or family’s fitness and wellness journey.
The entrance fee is R50 and includes a goodie bag.
The event will take place on 30 January from 8am to 10am. Venue details will be sent to guests who RSVP.
