Heartbroken pensioner commits suicide
He allegedly burnt his lover's house before taking his own life.
A 61-year-old man committed suicide on Monday allegedly after finding out that his girlfriend from Vukasambe was cheating on him.
It is alleged that he caused fire that burnt down the woman’s house on the same night.
“He even confessed to one of the girlfriend’s family that he burnt the house because he built it for her and she was now seeing another man,” said Capt Jabu Ndubane, spokesperson of Pienaar police.

A few hours later the man was found hanging on a tree in Gedlembane.
“His body was found hanging on the trees by passer-by who then called police to the scene. Police open a case of damage to property and an inquest,” concludes Ndubane
