Residents demand clean water from Bushbuckridge Municipality

Recently this publication has learnt that angry community members of this area and surroundings including places such Thulamahashe near Mkhuhlu are threating to embarked on service delivery protest in demand of water.
This publication learnt that the community members are accusing the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality of failing them in terms of supplying water.
Reliable sources indicated that road users will be facing a challenge since it’s been reported that the residents would barricade busy roads with burning tyres and stones until their demands are met. The exact date of this planned protest is not yet known.
